If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
Shipping charges, which are product shipping costs, will be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, if any.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller has to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAYABLE
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING MADE WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card to which the buyer has paid is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer shall return the product subject to the contract within 3 days at the SELLER's expense. It must be returned to the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME FOR UNPROSECTED REASONS
If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product or the delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; If he has made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The buyer will inspect the contracted goods/services before receiving them; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER has to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. Invoice must be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which the buyer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform us via email at email@example.com of their decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
However, the following conditions apply:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before initiating a return, the buyer must first obtain our authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Without this, we will not be able to accept any returns. The buyer can get this code by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to obtain an RMA code prior to returning a product could result in extra costly procedures at customs on our end. Should this occur, we may be forced to absorb these costs by deducting the equivalent amount from the refund owed to you.
Condition of Product: While the overall condition of the product is not a significant factor in your return, please note that any lost parts or damages, including scratches, will result in a deduction from your refund.
Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. While we will initially bear this expense, the cost will be deducted from the product's price when issuing your refund.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) costs: Any Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) costs will also be deducted from the product's price during the refund process.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, you can expect your refund to be processed within 10 days. The total price, less any deductions for return shipping, DDP costs, and damage, will be returned to the buyer within 14 days of the product receipt by us.
In case of falling below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
STATUS OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank in case of default in the case of making the payment transactions with a credit card. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney's fees to arise from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER accepts that he will pay the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment for products purchased on our website is processed through Shopify’s secure online payment system. Available payment options include, but are not limited to, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods as offered and supported by Shopify. Buyers must comply with the terms and conditions provided by their selected payment method.
The total price of the order, including shipping charges, will be debited from the buyer's selected payment method once the order is confirmed. All prices and payments are in the currency as displayed during the checkout process. Buyers are responsible for any additional bank fees, foreign exchange rates, or other fees that may apply.
Delivery will be initiated once the payment has been processed and confirmed. The purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
With your credit cards on our site, you can take advantage of online single payment or online installment opportunities for all kinds of credit cards. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND LIABILITY
Upon dispatch of your parcel, if the delivery options offered by the courier company include "delivery by leaving at the door" (or any such option that might result in the package being left at the door without a signature), it implies that the customer assumes responsibility for any and all loss or damage that might occur to the package after it has been left at the door. Any customer who consciously chooses this option accepts that our company will not be able to offer any reimbursement or compensation for potential loss or damage to their package.
